Did you know that all Cook with Stu classes are suitable for people with allergies to gluten and dairy?

We use alternatives to regular flours and other products containing gluten and use dairy free products such as nut butter, soy and almond milk as substitutes to regular dairy products.

So what does it mean when someone has an allergy to dairy or gluten?

Gluten Allergy or Intolerance

Gluten is a protein found in foods such as bread, pasta, and many cereals, which can cause symptoms like stomach pain, bloating, headaches, tiredness, or feeling sick after eating foods that contain it.

Dairy Allergy or Intolerance

Dairy comes from milk and is found in foods like cheese, yoghurt, butter, and ice cream. Dairy allergy can cause stomach cramps, bloating, nausea, skin rashes, or other symptoms.

So if you or someone you know would like to learn how to cook for people with allergies, contact us today to book you place in one of our classes.
