Broccoli Salad for lunch....?!?!

I am not much of a vegie guy, or a salad guy, but this salad was really nice!

Our Friday crew were hard at work today creating an amazing meal for lunch.

Today's menu was Lemon & oregano chicken with Broccoli and Edamame salad with a peanut dressing.

It was delicious and the crew loved it.

It's a great, budget friendly meal that the whole family can enjoy!
